KITCHENETTE AND BATHROOM

You will find a refrigerator, an electric kettle, microwave, one spot induction cooker, some pots, and dishes. Tea and coffee. Or simply relax and order food delivery, if you never used Wolt before, you will find a special discount code.

In the bathroom, you will find a wide bath with a shower and all needed amenities including a hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. And underfloor heating in all apartments.


SAUNA

One of the most rear features to find in the apartment is – an infrared sauna! You can enjoy your private SPA day or simply relax after a hard-working day.

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, it uses infrared lamps to warm your body directly. It heats up to 75 degrees. The heat penetrates more deeply than warmed air. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower temperature.

The benefits of using an infrared sauna are similar to those experienced with a traditional sauna. These include better sleep, detoxification, weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, clear and tighter skin, and improved circulation.

How to use: choose your temperature, better to start from a lower and increase it in time. Set timer, try for 20-30 min. Drink water.  When your session is done, it’s suggested that you take your time and let your body cool down, don’t take a cold shower… Once cooled down, feel free to take a shower or bath.
